Plan Ahead

Resources That Help You Start Strong

This page is here to make the next step simple. You can see which materials fit your stage, what to bring when you show up, and where to go if you still need the overview or reach-out form.

New to CSLODI

Start with the overview, submit the reach-out form, and order the first guide once you know you are joining.

Use the notes below to confirm what to bring, when Volume 2 makes sense, and whether the journal would help you between meetings.

Share this page when a friend wants one place to find the materials, the prep list, and the link back into the main reach-out flow.

What to Bring to Your First Meeting

You do not need to overthink the first night. Bring the basics, show up ready to listen, and use the group conversation to settle any questions about pacing or which guide comes next.

Bring These Basics

  • Your current study guide if it has arrived.
  • A pen or something simple for notes.
  • A willingness to be honest and stay engaged with the group.

Helpful, Not Required

  • The journal if you want more room for reflection between sessions.
  • Your calendar so you can protect weekly meeting time.
  • Any questions you want answered before week one gets moving.

Before You Arrive

  • Complete the reach-out form if you have not already done it.
  • Review the program overview or testimonial page if you want more context.
  • Order your materials early enough that you are not rushing at the last minute.

If you are unsure which guide to buy, do not guess. Use the reach-out form first and the team can help point you to the right starting place.

Choose the Right Material

Each item below serves a different stage. Most men begin with Volume 1, move into Volume 2 after finishing the first guide, and use the journal if they want extra room to process what they are learning.
